For my sock collection I have used some new baby wools and also the ends of sock wools from my socky draw. Yet there are stillleft overs! So there will be a future sock of randomness created for me one day.
I have used a variety of patterns and hashed together random sock skills. so here are a mix of socks and i dont remember which alterations I made oops. However the basic pattern guide lines are on my ravelry projects page if you fancy some guess work.

So crafting has come to abit of a stand still by the arrival of our 1st baby. He is gorgeous and smiling and I have knitted loads for him and done a few bits and bobs since. However the focus has been on feeding him, feeding me and my postpartum recovery too.... really I should start a hashtag #postpartumrecovery or even a blog....
I expect the next few months to be filled with posts of this little one and his home crafted goodies! Grandparents and Grandaunts and Aunts have all contributed lovely handmade gifties. Easy peasy revelry pattern. Threw in an afterthought heel instead of the heel flap. Pattern comes in three sizes. Seems perfect for using up those sock wool remnants one ends up with :)
Sometimes I just want to be lazy and follow a kit. So here is a stuffed toy bear I finished recently :)
After a lot of knitting I got this blanket finished. This is blanket number two of this pattern. I changed the edging up this time to after the feather lace work, a few rows of garter stitch then added a picot bind off. http://ravel.me/isoknitten/bdhk2
Pattern link! Back to leather ! Made this up for my brother in law. I am loving this blue leather. Thankfully we still have quite a lot left for making manly accessories
Little did I know these existed but a friend had one for her baby with chunky wooden beads and the weight of it kept pulling the dummy out. I realised they are super simple to make so had to get her little boy one made. Ensure the strap is not longer than 15cm to avoid strangulation according to online regulations for these things...
Back to my sock addiction. This pair of socks were made with the beautiful Rowan Fine Art premium hand painted sock yarn. It washes at 30C and is super warm.
