Feburary Quilt Year of the Ram

This quilt has a Chinese New Year flavour. I didnt fancy yet another cheesy hearts valentines quilt idea.

This year it is year of the Ram.

Fish represent fortune.

Someone will ask why I left the top right empty. I guess 4 is an unlucky number here on Hong Kong so I didnt want four fish. I was hoping to find the perfect sew on Chinese character... But it just didnt happen. Oh well i will leave it blank and keep my eyes open for that perfect thing for next year!
